Valentines day is not just a day for cakes chocolates  and romantic dinners, it  also includes lots of family activities, theater shows and indoor/outdoor fun. And what better way to celebrate this year’s  Valentines day  but  with a  splendid outing at the Orchid Valentine Ball.  Orchid hotel the newest name in hospitality business is set to open its doors to customers, along Lekki Epe express way Ajah, on 14th February, with a Valentine ball.

The ball which will hold at the exquisite hall of the hotel is aimed at fostering love in marriages and relationships. Addressing the press in Lagos recently, Pastor J.O Odega an associate pastor of Four Square Gospel Church and  CEO of Orchid Group of Hotels revealed that a lot of marriages are breaking; “so there is a need to refreshing love, not only for  husband and wife but to families and  the less privileged as well. There are lots of activities lined up to make the event a very exciting and memorable one.

” As part of the event for the evening,  relationship expert Jerome Onipede will be talking to couples on refreshing their love, “couples will dance together, listen to jokes that will make them think again about their marriage and  how to handle challenges” he says

The idea he says is to heal marriages. And for the singles, there will be  ‘Speed dating’ a form of networking for singles where about 50 male and 50 females will have a chance to interact, and exchange partners in a bid to get a soulmate. According to  Jerome, it is an opportunity for marriages and weddings to be promoted and for singles, there is no way they will come and not get something credible.
