Chad, Senegal, Gabon envoys okay Anambra poll

Ambassadors of  three African countries on a visit to Anambra State yesterday said the outcome of the recent governorship election in the state was an indication of the people’s confidence in Governor Peter Obi.

Ambassadors Mahamat Habib Doutoum of Chad , Daouda Maligueye  Sene of Senegal and Corentin Herro Akendengue of Garbon, in their separate speeches, said they were highly impressed with the level of development in the state and expressed the belief that  Obi’s second tenure would enable him to complete his vision for the state.

According to them, the state would witness further  transformation and growth in all sectors. They said  they would like to strengthen the relationship between their countries and Anambra State.

Responding,  Obi promised to use his second tenure to make a remarkable difference in the state.
