The music industry in 2010 will no doubt throw up different new acts that will hold their own in the music industry the same way MI and Wande held theirs in 2009. The signs are already manifesting.
Towards the end of last year, the CEO of Efizzi Worldwide Entertainment, Mr. Collins Akpapunam, launched the record label arm of his company and unveiled Bubble Blaze; a fast rising Afro Hip Hop, act as the first signed act on the label. Prior to that, he had launched a multi_million naira recording studio for the label.
Bubble Blaze is blessed with a deep throaty voice synonymous with two famous American rappers_ DMX and Jarule. He sings so effortlessly that his delivery cannot be overlooked. Some of the songs on his 12 tracker album are ‘Khaki No Be Leather’ featuring Attitude, ‘Kurupt’, ‘The Two of Us’ featuring Dolapo of West Africa Idols fame, ‘Sample The Money’, ‘Paparazi’, among others.
The CEO of the label however revealed few days back that the full promo of the album would soon commence to create awareness for the album.
