Golf afficionado Samuel Emehelu finally hit a hole-in-one last weekend, in a grand style. Using a 7 iron on a par 3, Emehelu hit a perfect strike from the tee box , flew over the fairway and went straight into the cup.

It was a spectacular feat. Venue of the epoch making event was neither  the Ikeja Golf Club, the Ibom Resort Golf and Country Club, Uyo nor the IBB Golf and Country Club, Abuja. The venue was  Daystar Christian Center, Oregun where Emehelu tied the nuptial knot with his heartthrob Miss Oluwatoyin Ibukun-Oluwa.

The colourful event was well attended by dignitaries which included  Total E& P top shot  Mr Fred Ohwawa who came all the way from Port Harcourt to be part of the occasion, top golf writers, friends and well wishers. The church wedding last 50minutes after which guests moved to No.8 Oye Elegunde Street, Beckley Estate Agbado-Ijaiye for the traditional marriage and reception.
