UNILIVER Nigeria Plc. have strengthened its commitment towards supporting effective homecare with the recent launch of a nationwide campaign for Omo Multi-active Detergent which gives bursary awards to over 240 mothers to support their children’s education and general well-being.

They said that the proposed Petroleum Industries Bill is anti-Niger Delta communities and a slap on the oil producing area; that the movement of university of Petroleum from Effurn to Kaduna is unacceptable. Other reasons include the absence of definite post-amnesty plan for the region which they consider crucial to the success of the deal and that the Petroleum Minister, Rilwan Lukman is anti Niger Delta.

CHILDREN of the high and mighty freely dined, wined and interacted with those of the less privileged in the society at a recent children’s programme sponsored by the Word of Life Bible Church, Warri. The children sang, danced and entertained themselves and their parents who took time off their daily routines to watch their wards preaching the gospel of peace in the Niger Delta.
