Urhobo youths won’t be ignored in post-amnesty deal – Uduaghan

DELTA State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, has said that Urhobo youths who helped the government to maintain peace during the violent phase of the Niger-Delta struggle would not be relegated in the post-amnesty arrangement by the Federal Government to build youth capacity in the region.
