Eferakeya tasks community leaders on peace, unity

UGHELLI — THE Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Prof. Adego Eferakeya, has charged commu-nity leaders across the country to be united and peaceful in their quest for sustainable development of their communities.

Eferakeya, who spoke, weekend, during the Aghalo-kpe 1st National Conference held at St Peter Clever’s College (SPCC), Aghalokpe, restated that, “you have to be united to constitute a force to reckon with develop-ment.”

Pointing out that love was foremost to achieve the desired unity, he said without love people would not be united.

He recalled that the Aghalokpe people were known for their strong unity in the past and urged them to continue to be united and peaceful.

According to Eferakeya, who is the national chairman of SPCC, Aghalokpe union was like every other union, reiterating that they should work together for the development of the Aghalo-kpe community.

He appealed to Aghalokpe people to always respond to calls for the development of the community.
