ENUGUâ€”THREE professional drivers, a bricklayer, an Okada operator as well as a petty trader were among those who won car and a million naira prizes at the second edition of Enugu Glo millionaires Lafta Fest.
The new millionaires, who collected their cheques at the event, Sunday night included Ahmed Anifowoshe, an Ilorin based motor driver, Stephen John-Oti, a driver with the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), Abuja, Segun Emmanuel, an Okada operator in Mushin, Augustine Akor, a bricklayer based in Abuja and Alex Ugadu, an Agege based foodstuff trader.
Also in the list of the new millionaires include a six time winner of one million naira since the inception of the Laffta Fest, Mrs.Omobola Ishie, a Borno state based medical practitioner, Dr. Yusuf Ahmadu, a Warri based businessman, Raymond Akpo and a civil engineer from Port-Harcourt, Franklin Eromsele.
The crown prize of a Peugeot 307 in the Glo â€œWin Nâ€™ Ruleâ€ promo won by a driver, Theophilus Nwabueze.
