Etiaba : Group slams APGA boss

Emeka Etiaba Campaign Organisation has described recent media interview by the national chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), as misguided.

The Director General of the campaign organisation, Chief Jimmy Asoegwu in a statement yesterday said, “we believe Umeh’s utterances are misguided especially following Emeka Etiaba’s exit from APGA.

We also believe that Chief Umeh has weightier problems to contend with rather than continuing his unnecessary voyage of chasing shadows by discussing Emeka Etiaba who has since moved on with his issue based campaign of taking Anambra State to the next level.

“Umeh should be busy dealing with his expulsion from APGA, non recognition by INEC and the very onerous task of selling his preferred but extremely unpopular candidate, to a very sophisticated Anambra electorate”.

According to Asoegwu, “in the said interview, Chief Umeh said that Emeka Etiaba described the current Governor as a ‘failure’.

This is a lie as Etiaba has never used that word ‘failure’ to describe this current administration or indeed any previous administration in Anambra state as our candidate has always believed that this administration like others before it, contributed its bit towards the development of our state, but that it is time for change, change to a new vision and mission as the micro management of our affairs is not good enough for an ‘A-List’ state like Anambra.”
