By Festus Ahon

UGHELLI — AS mixed reactions continue to trail the activities of the Host Communities, Oil and Gas of Nigeria, HOSTCOM, the people of oil bearing communities have been charged not to politicize operations of the HOSTCOM.

Giving the charge, the National President of Urhobo National Youth Council, Comrade Monday Oyeghe, while chatting with newsmen in Ughelli, Delta State yesterday, said the HOSTCOM was put in place to serve the development needs of oil bearing communities.

He berated the chairman and secretary of the Afiesere Elite, Mr. Newton Ewhierhurhoma and Mr. Luke Umukoro for their recent media report challenging the decision of the Ughelli North Local Government Area Chapter of the HOSTCOM to screen persons working in  DESOPADEC.
