By Gabriel Enogholase
BENIN— THE Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), Edo/Delta states branch has appealed to the government of both states to set up a committee of industrialists and business men to draw up a strategy on how to develop industrial estates in their states.

The development of the industrial estates, it noted, would assist potential investors in their quest to invest in both states, adding that this would enable them to determine their lines of investments.

The Edo/Delta states branch leader of the association, Mr. E.A Osadolor, made the call in Benin during the foundation laying ceremony of the N38 million ultra modern secretariat building of the association.

According to him, the edifice will accommodate the secretariat of the association, a resource centre, manpower training centre, a library and a business hall.

Osadolor added that the association would be better equipped to help business men and women through current information and its advocacy upon completion of  the secretariat.

He described the foundation laying ceremony as a landmark in the history of the association, saying the Benin secretariat, when completed, would be the fifth secretariat building nationwide.
