CHELSEA’s Didier Drogba admitted his winning goal against Hull was down to sheer luck. The Ivory Coast striker’s stoppage time chip gave Carlo Ancelotti a perfect start to his first league season in England.

Drogba had already equalised after debutant Stephen Hunt gave the visitors a first-half lead at Stamford Bridge.
He then scored from a tight angle in injury time to claim all three points but later conceded he was trying to set up a teammate.
“We had a difficult second half.

We could have scored a lot of goals today — but we were unlucky.“It was difficult but it’s always good to win the first game.
“The belief is strong, as always. Today we showed we will try till the end of the game.
