Ariel Prozim boosts detergent market profile

Mothers, Washermen and others engaged in the business of washing will no longer expend much strength in getting tough stains out on clothes and other materials, this is courtesy  Procter & Gamble (P&G) manufacturers of Ariel Prozim.

Mrs. Claire Molyneux, Associate Marketing Director, P&G West Africa said at the unveiling ceremony that the company since 1837 has built a heritage of touching consumers’ lives across the globe with brands that make everyday life a little better; now and for generations to come and “we remain committed to improving the lives of the world’s consumers.”

“We respect our Nigerian consumers and from listening to them, for this reason,  we use the latest technology to deliver superior products that meet their needs bringing world class standards to the markets – raising consumer satisfaction and market standards.”
She went on to ay that P&G over the years had  invests about $2 billion in Research and Development (R&D) every year to bring new innovations to life and deliver to consumers products which meet global quality standards.
“Our R&D centre in Brussels, along with our Quality Assurance laboratory, ensures that our products are manufactured in compliance with global standards.,” she noted.

“Today, we are excited  to introduce the newest addition in improving the lives of Nigerian consumers; the latest technology which delivers superior cleaning in “one wash,” Ariel Prozim.
“ This product comes from our state of the art production plant in Ibadan; the only P&G Detergent factory in the whole of our Sub-Saharan Africa region.,” she pointed out.

Molyneux observed that Ariel is creating value for Nigerian consumers by offering the right products to meet consumers’ needs and budget, this she stated was as a result of the demand by Nigerian consumers that prompted the coming of the new product into the market. “With the New Ariel Prozim you only need to wash your clothes once, this means that you use half the quantity of Ariel that you would use with another detergent. Nigerian consumers can be certain they are making smart choices when every naira counts.”
She stated that with the new  innovation – Ariel Prozim; P&G Nigeria is continuing its tradition of bringing world class standards to Nigeria.

The Associate Director thanked Nigerians and NAFDAC for their support, and acknowledge that the company could not have brought the product and the associated job opportunities to Nigerians.
“We must mention the immense support of NAFDAC, an agency that is known globally for its effort to ensure that only the best quality products are available for Nigerian consumers.” she said.
Her Excellency, Mrs. Sarah Sosan, Deputy Governor of Lagos State was represented by Mrs. Bosede Ogundimu, Deputy Director, Ministry of Education.
