BUSINESSMEN of  Anambra State origin based in Germany have challenged the people of the state on their choice of candidates at the forth coming gubernatorial primaries of the PDP, adding that their destiny should be in their hands.

Spokesman of the group, Chief Basil Anuniru, told Sunday Vanguard  that  the choice of Chief Sam Ozo Ikefuna will be the greatest service Anambra people will do to themselves, adding that the problem  facing the state since inception has been that of imposition of leaders who turn out to be very unsuitable for the people.

Anuniru said “Anambra people have not faired  well since democracy returned to Nigeria and every one is worried about this. We need to change this sad testament of our lives.

Leadership has not been beneficial to the people of Anambra State. The problem of lack of and decayed infrastructure has continued to stare Anambrarians on the face. Bickering between politicians and god fathers is to be  blamed for all these. “
