Federal government Thursday tongue lashed some of the National Technical Working Groups (NTWGs) for the Nigeria Vision 2020 programme over what it described as failure to carry out critical reflective thinking.

THE belief that art without documentation is incomplete must have informed the gathering, on Wednesday as another effort in art documentation was recorded when Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja in collaboration with BHS International launched a book containing works of the artists done for the hotel in the last 23 years.

According to him, amnesty is not a welcome idea for now because there are several thousands of displaced persons in Gbaramatu Kingdom who have since May 13 been suffering the problem of pollution and the Federal Government has done nothing about them and the best the government can offer to the Nigerian people or the militants is amnesty.
