The people need rehabilitation. I also wish to appeal to the Delta state Rehabilitation and Relief Committee to make optimum use of the relief materials donated by Penawou to the communities by ensuring that the grassroots people have access to them.
The governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, should be commended for promptly setting up the Delta State Rehabilitation and Relief Committee to address the plight of the displaced.
