African Tyre Village for commissioning Dec

The Association of Nigeria Tyre Marketers has so far awarded One Thousand certificates of Allocation (C of A) to deserving members and investors who meet its requirements of completing all the necessary payments for each shop at their new “AFRICAN TYRE VILLAGE” permanent site.

This was disclosed by the President of the association Alhaji Issa Mohammed Akanbi during a monthly general meeting of the traders held at the ultra modern tyre market at  the Lagos International Trade Fair complex. Speaking at the occasion, the president said “I wish to inform our members that we all are leaving Idumota unfailing by December this year. There is no going back in this promise, and we are carrying everybody along. You can see the painting and shop numbering are almost completed, and we are starting interlocking stones by next week. Your shop keys will be handed over to you by October ending, while relocation begins gradually from November . so far, we have issued certificates of Allocation (CofA) for the one thousand shops to all deserving members and investors“.

In his remark, the Vice President Okechukwu Ezeifeoma disclosed plans by the association to assist  members who have not completed payments for their shops,  “We will pair them in groups where they will be provided with free shops for six month period during which they are expected to pay up and be equally allocated with their own shops in phase two of the project. He also called on interested investors to hurry and take part in the second phase.

Also speaking, Alhaji Sefiu Olaiya the association’s Secretary commended members for their support and belief in the project. According to him, “we wouldn’t be here today, without your support and cooperation.”
