WARRI—LEADERS of no fewer than 315 ex-militant camps in Delta State, who alleged that their members were sidetracked in the ongoing documentation exercise for Third Phase amnesty, have demanded the return of guns and ammunition they surrendered to Joint Task Force between January and May, 2011.
The ex-militants, under the aegis of Coalition of Omitted Third Phase Militant Camps, COTPC, Delta State, in a statement by their chairman, ‘General’ Ebis Adu, said it was either their members were included in the list of ex-agitators or they would paralyze government activities by carrying out peaceful protests and occupying the streets.
