The early morning downfall on Saturday no doubt restricted peoples movement from performing and tending to their various business activities. However, reports reaching us states that the early morning rainfall reduced the turn up of voters at various polling units in Lagos council election. Itire, Surulere was one of the places flood visited as their major roads were taken over by flood.
