ABUJA – The federal government has said it will spend N1.75.trillion on capital projects spread across the six geo-political zones, in the 2016 budget.
Giving the details of the budget and its implementation plan in Abuja at a Programme tagged “2016 Budget of Change: Breakdown Presentation” , Udoma said the Calabar-Lagos and Lagos -Kano Rail Lines will take a combined allocations of N120 billion.
He also said that Non-Debt Recurrent Expenditure will take N2.65 trillion.
Debt servicing has been allocated N1.48 trillion ; while statutory transfers (inclusive of N 157 billion capital component will take N 351. 37 billion.
