APC-PDP
Ogbueshi Sam Abumujor, an APC chieftain has condemned Anioma Congress, an umbrella organization for political and socio-economic development of Anioma, for pouring encomiums on Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan led administration.
Chatting with newsmen, Tuesday, in Asaba, Abumujor wondered what the outgoing Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, had achieved in the last 16 years in the state to warrant encomiums being poured on the Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan-led administration by the Congress.
Describing the development as perplexing, Abumujor said: “The scorecard of PDP is so laughable and abysmally low that such encomiums amount to condoning mediocrity, bad governance and massive under-development in the state.
“It is quite strange that a government Deltans cannot wait to quit the stage is being praised by some of our highly esteemed and illustrious elders.
“Are they not also living right here in Asaba where the entire town becomes an oceanic swimming pool whenever it rains despite the countless billions government claims it spent on drainage?” he said.
Warning Deltans to “expect more under-development and harrowing days ahead when Senator Okowa, another PDP man comes to power,” Abumujor asserted that “only the APC can bring genuine change to Delta and rescue us from PDP misrule.”
