Former presidential aspirant and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Prof. Pat Utomi has said that the Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu was joking when he threatened that any Igbo that voted for Jimi Agbaje of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the Lagos governorship election will die in the lagoon within seven days.
