Elections in kicked off on a poor note as election materials arrived late at many polling stations visited at various places in Abuja.

As at 8:40 am a large turn out of voters waited patiently as INEC officials were yet to arrive with election materials.

Same scene was noticed at area 1 when Vanguard correspondent visited.
