House c’ttee chair hails Jonathan over Kabba-Ilorin road

ABUJA — DEPUTY Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on ICT, Tajudeen Yusuf, yesterday hailed President Goodluck Jonathan for awarding the contract for the re-construction of Kabba-Ilorin road.

Yusuf commended Jonathan for the initiative which is expected to boost economic development in both states in the North Central zone.
He praised the president “for matching words with action, keeping to his promise of embarking on the reconstruction of the Kabba-Ilorin Road.”

The lawmaker, who represents Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency stressed that the Kabba-Ilorin road, when completed, “will boost economic growth, social development and infrastructural transformation of communities in our constituency.”

He assured that “this laudable gesture by Federal Government to the beneficiary states of Kogi and Kwara will be appropriately appreciated through consistent support for every programme and project enunciated by the present administration, at all times.”
