Uzodike is APGA’s campaign DG

The Anambra State Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Chief Joe Martins Uzodike has been named the director general of Willy Obiano Campaign Organization. Obiano is the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA for the November 16 election.

The appointment was made after a meeting in Awka in which the APGA National Chairman, Chief Victor Umeh, the state governor, Mr. Peter Obi, as well as Willy Obiano and his running mate, Dr. Nkem Okeke attended.

Incidentally, Obiano and Uzodike attended the same secondary school, Christ the King College, CKC, Onitsha and both, at different times, won the John F. Kennedy Essay Competition for secondary schools in Nigeria.

Uzodike, a lawyer and an advertizing practitioner, had previously aspired to be the governor of Anambra State in 2003. He described Obiano as a good product to market compared with all his opponents.
