The Lagos State Chess Association (LSCA) has announced dates for the monthly ‘Training with the Masters Series’ even as MediaVision Limited is unveiled as the sponsor of the second edition of the tournament described as an integral part of the preparations for the Team Lagos Chess ahead the National Sports Festival in November.

MediaVision Limited is a Sports Event and Marketing company based in the state.

Managing Director and CEO of MediaVision, Fela Bank-Olemoh said the company resolved to sponsor the event as part of its contribution to the making of a great Lagos team atthe Festival which the state will be hosting.

“MediaVision shares the vision of the Lagos State government in the area of sports development through human capital elevation and infrastructural development. We are therefore partnering with the state through Chess to engage our youths primarily and to also raise a formidable Team Lagos Chess for the National Sports Festival”, Bank-Oemoh explained.

Bank-Olemoh, who also is the Chairman of LSCA disclosed that the company will sponsor the rest of the monthly program in line with the plans of the coaches. A member of the Association, Harry Iwuala commended Bank-Olemoh for the gesture, noting that “we are encouraged by your commitment to the programs of LSCA and will all work towards supporting your exemplary leadership”
