UGHELLI-CHAIRMAN of the defunct Federal Electoral Commission, FEDECO, Justice Ovie Whiskey (rtd) is dead. He died Wednesday  morning at the age of 89.

Retired justice Ovie Whiskey who retired as Chief Justice in the defunct Bendel State in 1983, died after a protracted illness
