FHA seals pact with 27 developers

Federal Housing Authority (FHA) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 27 private developers under its Public-private partnership delivery model.

Managing Director, FHA, Mr. Terver Gemade, said the signing of MoU is sequel to the approval of the governing board of the Authority, adding that the projects will be sited in 10 states across the nation’s geo-political zone and are expected to deliver about 6,000 housing units over the next 24 months.

The companies include: Paul PLC, Powerform construction Nig. Ltd. Minfa Ltd, ChrisBrown Inv. Ltd, Danacensobi Invest Ltd. others are Fransbros Nig. Ltd, Archcon Nig. Ltd, CUCC Global resources Ltd, Milk &Honey investment Ltd and Jireh development Ltd.

Gemade gave the breakdown of the housing projects as follow, Anambra (1,023), Bayelsa (1,740), Benue (200), Cross River (506) and Ekiti (720). Others are: Gombe (280), Kaduna (330), Lagos (638), Osun (292) and Taraba (280).
