THE National President of the Itsekiri National Youths Council, INYC, Mr. David Tonwe, yesterday, described as cruel and senseless, statement credited to the Minister of the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, Elder Godsday Orubebe, “that protests by groups, who felt shortchanged in the recently advertised locations of projects to be awarded by the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs were directed against his person, and such protests result from ulterior motives.”
