Umuahia—OHANEZE Ndigbo Youth Forum has commended the Comptroller General of Customs, Alhaji Abdulahi Inde for what the forum said was his feat in “breaking the jinx in the collection of revenue for the nation.â€
The group claimed that Inde’s regime has seen the Federal Government realizing more revenue from other sectors other than oil. The group praised him for blocking all the holes through which the nation’s revenue leaks, thereby saving for the nation a lot of money.
According to Ikpegbu Emeka, the Public Secretary of the Forum, “the activities of the men of the customs and exercise has raised the awareness in citizens that Nigeria can generate a lot of revenue from other sectors apart from oil.â€
