Every employer wants to employ the best hands to achieve organizational goals, but not all of them know how to source for skillful staff in our today skill deficient work force.There are enormous benefits that can accrue, directly or indirectly to an organization by employing people with disability.

What I have found out is that we are very chauvinistic. Forget about the “daddy’s girl” stuff you see or hear about.

The above titled piece written several weeks ago basically captured the effect and transformation that living in this country can trigger in any individual no matter how refined and was inspired by a friend’s totally ‘out of character’ reaction to a particular situation.

There is no doubt that many Nigerians would express profound satisfaction that the awaited National Conference has begun in spite of negative attitude of certain notable politicians. The hope is that the spirit of give-and-take would prevail during the serious discussions
