At the just concluded General Assembly of WITSA held last month in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in conjunction with the World Congress on IT 2010, Dr Jimson Olufuye of Nigeria was elected WITSA Vice-Chairman for Africa for the next two years.

Stakeholders in the Information and Communications Technology, ICT sector have called on the Federal Government to change the current telecommunications policy.
