The Federal Government has said that it has reached an agreement with the state governments in the Niger Delta region and some investors to fast tract the development of the region.

MY attention was drawn recently to page 18 of Vanguard of Monday October 12, 2015 where one Archbishop God-Do-Well Avwomakpa, the South-South President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, published an article railing against the payment of tax.
