Ex-gov Ladoja considers returning to PDP

IBADAN-INDICATIONS emerged Monday that the former Governor of Oyo State, Senator Rashidi Ladoja may return back to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as he said he would not close his eyes completely to the party from where he defected to the Accord Party to contest the April 2011 governorship election in the state.

Nigerian Breweries acquires Sona Systems, Life Breweries

Nigerian Breweries Plc Monday said that it has acquired majority equity interests in Sona Systems Associates Business Management Limited, (Sona Systems) and Life Breweries Company Limited from Heineken N.V. This transaction follows Heineken’s acquisition of controlling interests in five breweries in Nigeria from the Sona Group in January 2011.
