Labour warns CBN on N400bn bail out

SENIOR workers in the nation’s financial institutions, yesterday faulted the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, over phased implementation of the on-going “Special Examination” of the banks’ accounts which led to the sacking of five banks executives, saying that the action could make the 14 yet-to-be audited banks to cover their tracks and have competitive advantages in an industry that is highly sensitive and volatile.
