It was at a forum to resolve the lingering crisis in Delta State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, that its new National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, created another storm. As he inaugurated what was to be a uniform state executive, Oshiomhole intoned that President Muhammadu Buhari would receive the party’s presidential ticket without a challenge.
