As the foundation prepares for her annual skills acquisition graduation this April in Agor, Delta State, it’s only proper to put more structures in place for a wider reach and impact.

According to Amb.Dr. Bernardette Erommaose Nwokoro CSP , the Founder and President of The Erommaose Nwokoro Foundation appointing Joy Osusu as the new Head of Publication was crucial in helping to navigate and publicize the affairs of the foundation which will be taking up more responsibilities that will shape the year 2026.

“The appointment is all about starting the year strong with a team that can brace through changes that we believe can make great impact this 2026,” she noted.

Amb. Dr. Joy Osusu is an Entertainment Entrepreneur, Humanitarian, PR Executive and Event Planner.

She is the MD, Glomay Alliance Company Limited. This notable firm organizes the annual Mr and Most Elegant Girl in Nigeria, a pageant platform that discovers and unveils talented and attractive youths. She is also the founder of the following prestigious award organizations; The Achievers Awards International, Nigeria Women Achievers Awards and Men of Honour Awards.

Joy has a passion for events right from a tender age, she loves cooking, gathering people together and having a fun moment. Her younger sister who has a model figure always inspire and encourage her. It started with her but she later went on to open her modeling agency to manage herself and other models. In 2012, she launched a magazine called ‘Links&Models’ to unveil her glamour girls.

was launched in 2012 and focused on assisting brands to organize events such as product launch, seminars and charity outings etc. They have organized events for reputable companies like Ecoboost Fuel Enzyme launch, BMO Foundation Charity Outings and Impact Group Charity Outings, just to mention a few.

Given her numerous impact on youth, she was accorded an Ambassadorial Honours by West African Youth Council 2023 and in 2024 an Honourary Doctorate Honours from Prowess University Delaware USA

She is passionate about creating impact, and prefers to work with humility and privacy—often behind the scenes—ensuring that the focus remains on the communities she serves rather than on herself. Her journey continues to inspire others to rise above challenges and embrace their potential.
