Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu Dear esteemed brothers and sisters in Islam, We are always reminded of our duty to serve humanity and seek the pleasure of our Creator. Our foundation, Facing Kaaba, has been established to embody this spirit of service, compassion, and generosity. 

Providing Iftar to the Poor and Supporting the Vulnerable

In the coming blessed month of Ramadan, we will provide iftar to hundreds of impoverished individuals, bringing joy and nourishment to those in need. This noble endeavor is rooted in the teachings of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Whoever feeds a fasting person will have his sins forgiven, will be saved from hell fire, and will have the same reward as the fasting person without diminishing the reward of the fasting person in the slightest”. Sunan Ibn Majah 1746. We also extend a helping hand to the most vulnerable members of our community – the widows and orphans. The Quran emphasizes our responsibility towards them:

 “And do good to parents, kinsfolk, orphans, the needy, the near neighbor, the distant neighbor, and the companion by your side.” (Quran 4:36) 

Building Mosques in the Hinterland

Our second project aims to complete the construction of mosques in rural areas, where the call to prayer has fallen silent due to lack of resources. The Prophet (peace be upon him) encouraged us: “Whoever builds a mosque, seeking Allah’s pleasure, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.” (Bukhari)
