Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has declared that 2019 General Elections will be used by Rivers people to put an end to the dictatorial tendencies of political godfathers.

All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship candidate in Rivers State, Mr Tonye Cole, has said the incumbent Governor Nyesom Wike does not merit a second term over perceived failed security in the state under his watch.

The Rivers State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Mr  Felix Obuah has  urged the people of the state to vote for Governor Nyesom Wike and all PDP candidates for the national and state house of assembly elections in February.
