NDLEA clarifies stance on cannabis oil: Supports regulated export, opposes local use
The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Brig. Gen. Mohammed Buba Marwa (rtd), has clarified the agency’s position on cannabis oil, stating that while the NDLEA supports regulated export for economic gain, it firmly opposes local consumption within Nigeria.
NDLEA intercept’s cocaine, tramadol consignments at Lagos Airport
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency disclosed on Sunday that it’s operatives intercepted consignments of cocaine and tramadol 225mg concealed in 71 vehicle side mirrors being sent to Libreville, Gabon through the export shed of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) Ikeja Lagos, with three suspects linked to the cargo already arrested in follow-up operations.
