Niger-Delta Youth for Positive Attitude and Progress, NDYPAP, has vowed to mobilise youths in the nine states of Niger Delta to resist the alleged attempt by some politicians to take over Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, projects, meant for indigenous contractors to the detriment of oil-bearing communities in Delta and Bayelsa states.
