Former national chairman of the defunct Congress for Progressive Change CPC, Sen. Rufai Hanga, has lashed out at a former governor of Kano state, Sen. Musa Rabiu Kwankwaso over claims by the latter that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and the state governor, Abdullahi Ganduje were plotting to float a new party outside of the All Progressives Congress APC.
