Customs to take delivery of 3 scanners by Q2’20
NIGERIA Customs Service, NCS, is set to take delivery of three scanners by end of the second quarter 2020, Vanguard Maritime Report can authoritatively report. But some stakeholders are doubting the willingness of the NCS to use the scanners when they finally arrive.
