Gov. Aminu Masari of Katsina State has directed  Secretary to the State Government (SSG) Mr Mustapha Inuwa, to arrange a meeting for him and security chiefs with suspected bandits at their hideouts for dialogue, to ensure peace returned in the state.

The Federal Government on Thursday said that about 330 attacks by bandits and 1,460 deaths were recorded  within the last seven months in the country.
