The Nigerian army has said that the command is currently investigating a video that has gone viral, showing its military personnel humiliating and torturing members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, in Abia state of Nigeria.
Exercise Python Dance II: Nigerian army unveils public cell phone numbers
