THERE are speculations that the Saturday governorship primaries of the All Progressives Congress (APC) may take place in one of the Army barracks in the state rather than the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium for security reasons.

The approach to the APC governorship primaries has become a harvest of sorts for accredited delegates of the party. A majority of the delegates Vanguard learned are simply smiling to the bank on a weekly basis as they milk the major aspirants. Not all the aspirants are complaining, though.

Delta State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chieftain, Chief Sunny Onuesoke has foreseen that come 2019 when PDP must have taking over leadership of the Presidency of the country and All Progressive Congress (APC) would have realize the harm they did to Nigerians, the party would come crawling on it kneels apologizing to Nigerians and PDP as a party for their deceptive promises and the hardship they have created for Nigerians.

South-South caucus of All Progressives Congress, APC, has endorsed the deregulation of petrol prices and urged Nigerians across board to be patient with government towards achieving the overall objective of the policy.

Last Tuesday’s removal of Mr. Victor Edoror as Speaker of the Edo state House of Assembly is brewing a fresh crisis in the APC with the potential of damaging the party’s focus in the Edo Central Senatorial district ahead of the election.
