Let me start this statement by thanking Vice President Osinbajo for his attempt at responding to my last statement calling on him to substantiate his allegations that three persons under the Jonathan administration stole $3 billion from the public till.

Convocation ceremonies are the highest crown and pride of every University, anywhere in the world. It signifies the final ritual, which formally confers or authenticates on the learner or students, the oracle of knowledge to serve  the world. 

NIGERIA  has become a breeding ground for despair with the people witnessing a succession of disenchantment.

The Petroleum Act 1969 (as amended) grants powers to the Ministry of Petroleum, acting through the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to administer the licensing of oil blocks in the country. These include Oil Prospecting Licence (OPL), Oil Mining Licence (OML) and Oil Exploration Licence (OEL), which allow the awardees, local and foreign, to explore for and develop oil and gas resources within the country. So far, there are 65 OPLs and 99 OMLs.

Something inspires me infinitely about Lt. Gen. Tukur Yusufu Buratai. This Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and helmsman of the anti-terrorism operations in Nigeria is a leader, naturally endowed with immense talents.  He inspires courage, patriotism and the spirit of togetherness.
