SMO Curators Lagos, make lists of Contemporary African Art Fair in London

About 42 exhibitors are listed to participate in the sixth London edition of The 1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair holding from October 4-7, in London, United Kingdom. The 42 galleries from 21 countries will present work at Somerset House, with work by some 130 artists from 33 nations.

Ooni to launch the first of its kind literature book on Queen Moremi Ajasoro

His imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife will on July 14 unveils a historic book written in honour of the Yoruba legend and queen of liberation, “Queen Moremi Ajasoro.” The publication which is being written in both Yoruba and English is aimed at reviving our rapidly vanishing history and culture.

Puchercos captures Africa’s smiles

What many people do not know about the Chief Executive Officer and Group Managing Director of Lafarge Africa Plc, Mr. Michel Puchercos, is the artistic side of his life.
