NATCOMS commends Ndukwe on ‘NCC Telecomms Consumer Parliament’

Rising from its decade review of the Nigerian telecoms sector, the National Association of Telecommunications Subscribers of Nigeria (NATCOMS), has commended Executive Vice Chairman of the Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC), Engr.
