HR technology company HR Paddy has officially launched its AI-powered recruitment platform designed to help businesses simplify and accelerate their hiring processes.
The platform enables organizations to post vacancies, receive applications, manage candidates through a centralized Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and leverage artificial intelligence to screen and rank applicants based on job requirements.
The launch comes as businesses across Africa continue to face increasing recruitment demands, often receiving hundreds of applications for a single role while relying on manual processes to identify suitable candidates.
Founder and CEO Olatunbosun Olalekan said HR Paddy was developed to address one of the biggest challenges facing employers today: efficiently finding qualified talent without spending countless hours reviewing CVs.
“Many businesses are overwhelmed by the volume of applications they receive. We built HR Paddy to help employers move beyond manual screening and make faster, more informed hiring decisions.”
According to the company, HR Paddy combines recruitment automation with intelligent candidate evaluation, allowing recruiters to focus more on engaging top talent and less on repetitive administrative tasks.
Features available on the platform include vacancy management, applicant tracking, AI-assisted CV screening, intelligent candidate ranking, recruitment pipeline visibility, and collaborative hiring workflows.
“Our vision is simple: make world-class recruitment technology accessible to businesses of all sizes across Africa.”
Industry experts believe the adoption of recruitment technology will continue to grow as organizations seek faster, more efficient, and more objective hiring processes.
With its launch, HR Paddy joins a growing number of African technology companies working to modernize how employers attract, assess, and hire talent.
